The motion for the betterment of youths through the means of skill acquisition has been a point of concern as this is clearly seen as the righful tool to eradication social vices usually caused by great number of youths who are idle, got no skills and have no hope of getting any job.

It is said that "The Youths Are The Leaders Of Tomorrow". But in some countries especially countries in Africa, what the youths are faced with a lot of challenges in the society, which one may ponder on how really can they become the leaders of tomorrow?
The youths can only be the leaders of tomorrow when the old age help the get skill that can make them be the leaders of tomorrow. In so many offices, people falsify their ages, thereby making them not to leave office as at when due. while some other youths are faced with the challenges of sexual assault at the work place, though this is prevalent in so many works of life making it to seem as if it is a norm.

In some countries the government, map out huge amount of money to help the youths to acquire basic or professional skills that can help them become entrepreneurs, in order to create employment rather than been job seekers. in must cases theses funds are diverted into personal business by the selfies ones, usually with the intention of becoming richer, and the mind set of "If we train them they will leave us and travel abroad, become higher than us or even compete with us". However the question here is "what if we do not train them and they stay with us".
