The eye witness identified as Chukwuma Ani, disclosed Teebillz had been driving drunk when he rammed into his vehicle from behind.
He further revealed he was berating Teebillz who didn't seem to care about the damage and was bent on going on with his suicide plans. He didn't understand what was going on until he saw Banky W and Peter Okoye jump out of their vehicles to prevent Teebillz from jumping to his death.
